- University degree or students in their final year (with ability to work fixed shift (9:00-13:00))
- Strong Intermediate English or higher
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Comfortable working in a real-time, data-driven environment
- Familiarity with mapping tools or transportation/traffic data is a bonus
Key Responsibilities

Monitor, collect, verify, and update live incident data in assigned regions.

Use multiple real-time sources, including:
- Departments of Transportation (DOTs)
- Police and emergency CAD systems
- CCTV feeds and GPS data
- Social media (e.g., Twitter)
- Internal channels (email, Teams)

Validate and cross-check information to ensure reliability.

Update incidents as conditions change (e.g., lanes reopened, cleared).

Record key details such as cause, effect, location, and direction.

Clear incidents once resolved and confirmed by reliable sources.
