The 12-Month Internship is a learning experience designed for students who want to explore a call to ministry while advancing their education. This holistic learning experience, which integrates classroom learning, ministry training, and personal development is worth 24 credits. And at only $50 a credit, students can step into their calling, without breaking the bank.

Cohort-based learning with like-minded peers

One-on-one coaching from a ministry supervisor

A chance to specialize in a specific ministry area

Staff meetings

A cross-cultural learning trip (additional cost)

Preparing sermons

Applicants for the 12-Month Internship must:

Have graduated high-school or its equivalent

Express a love for the local church

Sense a call to full-time ministry

Have personal integrity in all areas of life.

Demonstrate a basic level of giftedness for their area of ministry interest

Demonstrate readiness for serving in a professional environment

Have a willingness to champion Third City’s vision, mission, and core values as expressed in our staff handbook
