We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at our St-James location.

Daily Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Respond to customer needs with personalized service and expert advice
- Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
- Ensure effective and attractive merchandising
- Provide internal training to team members
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college or professional diploma is an asset
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, or relevant experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong sense of autonomy, initiative, and decision-making skills
- Proven skills in management, organization, and communication
- Customer-oriented with solid sales and advisory abilities
