3D Artist

We are seeking a talented and passionate 3D Architecture Artist to join our design

team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics,

and proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software. This role involves creating

visually stunning and realistic architectural visualizations to support our design projects,

from conceptualization through to final presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create high-quality 3D models of architectural designs, including exteriors,

interiors, and landscape elements.

● Produce photorealistic renderings and visualizations for various stages of the

design process.

● Collaborate with architects, designers, and other team members to understand

project requirements and translate them into compelling visual content.

● Develop and maintain a library of 3D assets and materials.

● Apply texture, lighting, and shading techniques to achieve realistic effects.

● Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, Blender,

Corona Renderer or similar software.

● Participate in design reviews and provide input on aesthetic and functional

aspects of projects.

● Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software advancements.

● Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a 3D Artist or similar role, preferably in the architecture

industry.

● Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional 3D modeling and rendering skills.

● Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, Blender, or

similar software.

● Solid understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.

● Excellent eye for detail, composition, and color.

● Strong communication and teamwork skills.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

● Experience with animation and virtual reality (VR) is a plus.
