Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking a compassionate and motivated ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to an 8yo child in Pemberton Township, NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Schedule:

Option 1: 8:00 am to 10:00 am (Daycare center)

Option 2: 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm (home based setting)

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Assistance with school homework
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills
• Collect data and document session progress
• Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience working with children preferred
• RBT Certification preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to pass required background screenings
