About the Role
We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Growth team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone looking to build a career in client management and live events. You’ll work closely with Account Directors and the wider team to support the delivery of exceptional client experiences with a focus on admin, coordination and task-based responsibilities.
This is a brilliant opportunity to learn the ropes, contribute to exciting projects, and grow within a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Client Support & Coordination
Assist the Growth team with day-to-day client communications and admin.
Help prepare pitch decks, presentations and client-facing documents.
Support with research tasks - venues, suppliers, costs, feasibility.
Attend internal briefings and meetings, taking notes and following up on actions.
Help maintain client records and project documentation to a high standard.
Be a friendly, professional point of contact for clients when needed.
Project & Team Support
Collaborate with Creative, Content, Production and Project teams to support delivery.
Help manage timelines, trackers and internal systems to keep projects on course.
Assist with budget tracking and purchase orders under guidance.
Join onsite teams to support event delivery when required.
