Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performance Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. This role is designed for a closer鈥攕omeone who can command a conversation, navigate complex objections, and consistently turn high-value leads into long-term partners. As a primary revenue driver, you will own the final stages of the sales cycle, ensuring that every prospect understands the immense value the team provides. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to closing high-ticket deals.
  • Perform high-level product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospect pain points.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with all active opportunities.
  • Navigate complex negotiations and handle high-level objections with confidence.
  • Collaborate with the lead generation team to ensure a seamless handoff process.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
  • Maintain accurate records and forecasts within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a high-ticket closer with verifiable sales success.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an Account Executive or similar sales role.
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly with executive-level decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated mindset with a "hunter" mentality toward hitting targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
