๐ŸŽฏ What you'll get to do

As an Account Executive (Junior to Senior), you'll take full ownership of bringing new customers onto the ToolSense platform. From first outreach to product demo to closing the deal, you'll be on the frontlines of our growth.

This role is perfect for someone who is entrepreneurial, action-oriented, and excited to help customers transform the way they work.


๐Ÿงฉ Among other things, you will:

  • Own the entire sales process: identify prospects, pitch ToolSense, run demos, and close deals
  • Engage with decision-makers in Facility Management companies, in-house FM teams, and OEMs
  • Understand customer needs and communicate clear, tailored solutions across our hubs (AssetHub, RoboHub, CarHub) and upcoming products like ServiceHub, TaskHub, and AI Agents like the AI Support Manager
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to refine our sales motion
  • Help shape the future of sales at ToolSense
  • Grow with the team: we're scaling fast, and your role will too

We're looking for people who love to move fast, solve problems, and build something meaningful.

  • 3+ years B2B sales experience, or high drive and learning speed in a junior role
  • High-energy, hands-on, and hungry to achieve
  • Passion for helping customers and simplifying complexity
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
  • Bonus: experience in SaaS, FM, AI, or IoT
  • You're a team player with a growth mindset and want to see your impact daily
