What you will learn:

  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients, sales staff and production colleagues worldwide.

  • Respond to client requests for new project initiatives. Collaborate with various members of the production and sales teams to assess the scope of work and produce cost estimates.

  • Assess the competitive landscape, develop project proposals, negotiate budgets and schedules with the client.

  • Monitor and communicate project progress, ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets and ultimately produce high
    quality deliverables.

  • Take a proactive role in learning about clients’ industry, business needs and company culture, educating the project team, identifying new business opportunities and providing a high level of service.

  • Responsible for growing new business from existing clients, including working closely with senior leadership to expand
    current relationships and upsell the TransPerfect portfolio.

  • Creatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategy

  • Consistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service

Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written, verbal English and Korean communication skills to communicate with colleagues across global offices,
    as well as Korean-speaking clients

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and can-do attitude

  • Effective time management
