We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Sales Department at Ninja. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing partner restaurants, ensuring their satisfaction and success on the Ninja platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partner restaurants, building and nurturing relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with partners to review performance, address concerns, and explore growth opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Acquisition and Operations, to facilitate partner onboarding and transition.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans as needed.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns with partners to drive engagement and sales.
  • Cross-selling NCR products and monitor ROI for partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, communications, and performance using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
