Mission

  • Prepare month-end and process audit journal entries
  • Administration of insurance annual renewals and claims.
  • Managing the fixed asset registers
  • Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
  • Financial reporting preparation and analysis
  • Prepare Intercompany reconciliations (Accounts receivables / payables and loans)
  • Prepare for Financial year-end and assist external audit queries
  • Continuously strive to improve on reporting and systems to gain efficiencies

  • Ensure reporting on all systems are accurate
  • Be the go to person on all financial and intercompany related queries
  • Establish processes for gaps in the business and review current processes to ensure validity and compliance within business units
