About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team. This is a strong accounting professional skilled in full cycle accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. The role will support general accounting services, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounts payable and receivable management for our UAE entity.

Role: Accountant, Global Contractor
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle accounting and general ledger activities
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations in the UAE
- Support payroll processing and related accounting entries
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external parties as needed
- Assist with ad hoc financial projects and reporting requests
Overall responsibilities: Bookkeeping, invoice creation, payroll (commissions, salaries), Transfer UAE/US, Tax
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ Years of Experience
- Active CPA license
- Proven experience working with both US and UAE entities
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and/or UAE accounting and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a multi-entity or multinational environment
- Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and US tax/payroll basics
- Prior experience with QBO, Stripe, HubSpot, etc.
