Our Recruitment division is looking for an ACCOUNTING & BUDGETING MANAGER for a multinational company operating in the tech industry, based in the suburb of Milan.
Reporting to the Local Managing Director, you will oversee all accounting activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, while also managing budget control for the development projects. Supported by an Accountant reporting to you, you will contribute to financial reporting at both company and group level through Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounting operations, monthly and year-end closings, statutory financial statements and relationships with auditors, tax advisors and external consultants;
Monitor cash flow, payments and tax compliance requirements;
Lead budgeting, forecasting and cost control activities, including OPEX, CAPEX and personnel costs, in collaboration with HR and production teams;
Support headcount planning and ensure accurate project cost allocation across multiple projects;
Coordinate monthly and quarterly group reporting, ensuring accurate data submission and reconciliation within HFM;
Liaise with Group finance for audit and consolidation requirements;
Oversee funding applications, working closely with legal, fiscal and public institutions to ensure compliance and maximize available incentives.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields;
Consolidated experience in accounting and cost control roles, ideally in the tech or media industry;
Solid knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC); IFRS is a plus;
Experience with cash pooling is a plus;
Proficient with ERP systems (e.g. Zucchetti, Oracle, SAP)
Advanced Excel skills;
Experience with group reporting tools like HFM is strongly preferred;
Fluent in English; French knowledge would be a plus;
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

We offer a permanent employment contract under the CCNL Metalmeccanico, with a Quadro-level classification and a gross annual salary (RAL) up to €50.000. The compensation package is complemented by a performance bonus, meal vouchers and additional company benefits.
Work location: suburb of Milan.
