Responsibilities:
- Manage the process of end-month closing (GL, Book registration, etc..) to ensure the financial data accuracy reported on systems.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Take the responsibility of control over the following:
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Cash receipts.
- General ledger
- Provide recommendations
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Monthly Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Monitor and enforce proper accounting methods and principles.
- Ensure compliance with the company's standards.
- Follow up accounting team (developing, encouraging, and KPIs setting)
- Monitor and analyze the accounting data to locate its weakness and strength.
Requirements
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven working experience 3+ year as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Strong command over Microsoft Office and ERP system (Odoo preferable).
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with laws related to debt collection
- Ability to direct and supervise
- Fluency in English
