About this role

We’re looking for a hands-on acquisition expert to drive customer growth across 2 markets. You’ll own acquisition campaigns across digital channels and have direct impact on growth, conversion performance, and acquisition efficiency.

What you’ll do

  • Launch and optimize acquisition campaigns across digital channels

  • Manage acquisition funnels and improve conversion performance

  • Optimize CAC, campaign efficiency, and funnel performance

  • Analyze data and identify growth opportunities

  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives

  • Collaborate with CRM, Product, Data, and Commercial teams

  • Support go-to-market and growth initiatives across markets

  • Work with tracking, attribution, and campaign analytics

Requirements

  • 5+ years in acquisition, performance, or growth marketing

  • Hands-on experience with paid acquisition campaigns

  • Experience with Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms

  • Strong analytical mindset and performance focus

  • Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization

  • Understanding of tracking, attribution, and campaign analytics

  • Ability to work independently and move fast

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • English at minimum B2 level

Nice to have

  • Experience in Fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital business

  • Experience using AI tools in marketing workflows
