Key Responsibilities
- Running campaigns end-to-end with our Ad Sales team – from "let's set this up" to "we're live" to "look how well it's doing"
- Keeping a close eye on performance so budgets, pacing, targeting, and creative stay on track (and catching the gremlins before they become problems)
- Turning numbers into stories – clear, useful feedback that the sales team and advertisers can actually act on
- Optimizing live campaigns to hit advertiser goals, using the data to make smart calls
- Being the last line of defense on quality – checking specs, links, targeting, dates, and budgets so nothing dodgy ever goes live
- Helping the whole machine run smoother – pitching in on marketplace ops and tightening up our processes as we grow
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 1–2 years in ad operations, digital marketing, marketplace ops, or something analytics/ops-adjacent
- A genuinely sharp eye for detail – you double-check, then check again
- Comfort with data: solid Excel / Google Sheets and a working grasp of the metrics that matter (CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, conversions)
- A clear communicator who can talk to internal teams without the jargon getting in the way
- Organized enough to juggle several campaigns without dropping any of them
- A roll-up-your-sleeves, figure-it-out attitude – we move fast and you'll learn loads
Bonus Points (but don't sweat it if not):
- You've played around with self-serve ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) – Tabby Ads will feel familiar fast
- Some exposure to retail media or e-commerce advertising
- Agency experience, especially with FMCG or retail brand campaigns
- You've poked around dashboard tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau)
