We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team in Carterton, Oxfordshire on a fixed term contract until April 2027.

Supporting the Senior Administrator and wider team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

As Administrator, you’ll provide comprehensive support across a wide range of activities, including:
  • Supporting day-to-day administration for the teams and departments
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Managing office supplies and supporting general office operations
  • Handling internal and external communications professionally
  • Maintaining training records and organising training sessions
  • Processing and managing security passes in line with GDPR requirements
  • Coordinating accommodation and catering for personnel
  • Greeting visitors and delivering a high standard of hospitality
  • Raising purchase orders and keeping internal systems up to date
  • Supporting accurate record keeping and reporting
