In this role you will be responsible for taking care of SB AMG and owning all maintenance deliverables and KPIs. You will need to deliver performance in terms of breakdown control, MTTR, MTBF, TPM execution, and timely closure of maintenance actions within defined targets.

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

  • Manage shift activities in assigned SB AMG

  • Ensure daily breakdowns are within specified AMG targets

  • Diagnose breakdown problems and provide effective solutions

  • Perform root cause analysis and implement countermeasures

  • Ensure MTTR and MTBF are maintained within targets

  • Close LOP and TPM tags as per defined timelines

  • Execute maintenance scope of work within expected due dates

  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance for stitching machines

  • Drive TPM and IATF 16949 related activities

  • Implement and promote 5S, Kaizen, and suggestion systems

  • Handle overall PM activities for stitching machines

If you have/are:

  • Strong technical knowledge in Electrical systems and PLCs

  • Hands-on experience with Omron and Mitsubishi PLCs

  • Exposure to Hydraulics and Pneumatics systems

  • Experience in stitching machine maintenance (preferred)

  • Good communication skills

  • Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics or Bachelor of Engineering (E&E)

  • 6–8 years of experience for Diploma holders or 4–6 years for Engineering graduates

  • Languages: Kannada, English, Hindi

  • Willingness to work in 3-shift operations

  • Reports to Dy. Manager – Maintenance with dotted line to Manager – Maintenance
