ADVOCATE ASSISTANT (MALE ONLY)

A reputed law firm in Mumbai is looking to appoint ADVOCATE ASSISTANT  experience for handling work of a law firm engaged in litigation, Civil and Criminal in High Court, City Civil Court and Insolvency proceedings in NCLT, Mumbai and arbitration matters.

Advocate / Associate – Litigation Civil and Criminal, Insolvency  & Arbitration

Key Requirements: MALE ONLY

Experience in handling  : Civil and criminal Litigation, Property Matters Corporate Disputes, Insolvency proceedings, Arbitration Proceedings

 

Ability to independently: Draft pleadings, applications, notices, written submissions, and attend and argue matters before High Courts, City Civil Court, Mumbai, NCLT, Mumbai, tribunals and arbitral forums

Familiarity with court procedures and filings before: Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, Commercial Courts, NCLT,  Arbitration Tribunals and related forums.

Strong command over: Legal drafting Case strategy and procedural law Use of legal technology and AI-based legal research tools Efficient in maintaining: Legal records Matter tracking Case management systems Digital documentation workflows.

Preferred Skills: Professional communication and client-handling abilities Organized and detail-oriented approach Comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation practice

Proficiency in MS Office, PDF management, legal databases, and AI-assisted legal tools

Workplace: Office located at New Marine Lines, Mumbai.
