JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a After Sales Service Technician in Rochester, NY.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

• Coordination of on-site assemblies.
• Commissioning of primary and secondary cubicles. Configuration and tests (FAT and SAT) of protection and control equipment. Configuration of communication’s equipment.
• On site Customer training.
• Maintenance of cubicles and protection and control systems. Non-conformities resolution.
• Customer Support Service, remote and on field.

FUNCTIONS:

• Direct contact between clients and factories/OSU for the resolution of customer’s non- conformities.
• Answers and gives technical assistance to market/clients for non-conformities of ORMAZABAL’s products, solving them on site and contribute the conclusions of repair works (with the objective of coordinating or developing the most efficient corrective)
• Provide product training to all customers’ staff

REQUIREMENTS:

• Background degree: Electro-mechanical knowledge
• 2-3 years experience
• Vocational Training/High Level Technical Degree
• Social skills, flexible, leader, team work, commited
• Ability to handle and solve unexpected situations
• Able to travel
