About this role

We are looking for a highly connected and driven Agency Lead to strengthen and scale strategic
partnerships with leading media agencies and advertising networks. The ideal candidate will have
extensive experience in digital ad sales and a strong network across major media buying agencies and
agency holding groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with media agencies and advertising
    networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across leading agencies and
    media buying organizations.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for VDO.AI's advertising solutions.
  • Develop and execute agency sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, account management, and operations teams to ensure
    successful campaign execution.
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and partnership agreements with agency
    stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and advertising spend patterns to identify
    growth opportunities.
  • Represent VDO.AI at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Requirements:

  • 8–15+ years of experience in Digital Ad Sales, Agency Sales, Media Sales, Media buying or
    planning or AdTech.
  • Currently working at AVP, Director, or equivalent leadership level.
  • Strong network and established relationships within media agencies, advertising agencies, and
    agency holding groups.
  • Proven track record of driving agency-led revenue growth and closing high-value advertising
    deals.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including Video, Display,
    Programmatic, and AdTech solutions.
  • Excellent business development, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Preferred Background:

  • Experience working with brands, media buying or planner agencies, programmatic ad agencies
  • Demonstrated success in managing agency relationships and driving strategic partnerships.
  • Existing network of agency leaders, media planners, and buyers
