THE ROLE
What you'll be doing
Shoulder-to-shoulder with our senior team, you'll learn the full picture of what it takes to run a Humble Grape venue from floor leadership to financials, people development to brand standards.
Lead teams through peak service and make real-time operational decisions
Get hands-on with P&L, GP, site performance and commercial reporting
Uphold and elevate Humble Grape's service, wine and brand standards
Coach and develop your team , building a culture guests feel immediately
Gain exposure across all 7 venues, each with its own team and energy
Work toward a structured GM pathway with a personal development plan from day one
WHO YOU ARE

AGM or equivalent experience in a quality-led, busy venue
Natural leader who earns respect quickly even with a team you've just met
Commercially minded: you think about GP, covers, and spend per head
Passionate about wine and food, WSET is a bonus we'd love to build on
Ambitious and honest about it , you want the GM role and you're ready to earn it
