AI Solution Engineer Manager

Job Purpose

The AI Solution Engineer Manager will lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered language solutions tailored to our clients' needs. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI technologies and customer requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative and scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of AI solution engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Collaborate closely with product management, presales, and sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and architect AI-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Oversee the development and deployment of AI language technologies, including NLP, machine learning models, and related applications.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and language technologies, incorporating best practices into the development process.
• Manage technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing within the team and with stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate technical solutions and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in AI development or engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Strong expertise in AI technologies, including NLP, machine learning, deep learning frameworks, and language processing tools.
• Experience with AI deployment and integration in production environments.
• Proven track record managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
