Together with our partner we are looking for an:

AI Solutions Engineer

to work directly with internal teams across Ringier to understand critical workflows, design AI-driven solutions, and deploy agents that operate reliably in production. You’ll own projects end-to-end from problem definition and system design to launch and iteration, and be accountable for real business impact within the company.

Your responsibilities:

• Re-engineer Business Processes: Analyze legacy internal workflows across Ringier's departments, identify bottlenecks, and architect modern, AI-augmented operational pipelines from the ground up.

• Deploy Google Gemini AI: Leverage Google AI Studio and the Gemini API to build, test, and deploy powerful generative AI applications tailored to our complex operational challenges.

• Drive "Vibe Coding" Initiatives: Utilize contextual coding tools like Codex, Gemini, and Claude to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy software in real-time, embracing a fluid, AI- assisted development rhythm.

• Train and Empower Teams: Lead high-energy, engaging workshops to upskill internal departments across Ringier, transforming our staff into confident AI operators who know exactly what can be achieved with tools like Google AI Studio.

• Own the End-to-End Delivery: Bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring all internal AI agents operate reliably in production and deliver measurable ROI for the organization.

Your profile:

• Proven experience as a full-stack engineer, AI solutions architect, or internal tools engineer who thrives in cross-functional, highly collaborative environments.

• Strong proficiency in contextual coding and building applications alongside modern LLMs (Gemini, Claude, Codex/OpenAI).

• Exceptional communication skills with an infectious, high-energy approach to educating and evangelizing AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders within the company.

• A strategic mindset capable of mapping out internal transformations and fundamentally redesigning how our business operates day-to-day.

• A relentless generalist mentality with a high tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to adapt to new tech stacks at breakneck speed.

Nice to have:

• Direct experience managing large-scale internal rollouts of Google Gemini or building advanced prompts and workflows specifically within Google AI Studio.

• A background in internal technical training, change management, or corporate evangelism.

• Hands-on experience building, testing, and deploying autonomous AI agents in live production environments.

• A portfolio of rapid-prototyped internal AI tools, hackathon wins, or open-source contributions in the generative AI ecosystem.
