We are seeking a skilled Software Developer who can actively contribute to creating impactful technological solutions including state of the art AI/ML applications.

Develop scalable big data software
Your primary role will involve developing and maintaining scalable and high-quality software systems that support big data flows and analytics used by national security organizations.

As AI/ML Engineer, you will participate in the entire process and your focus on backend systems and data processing will make you a key player from the initial ideas through implementation to customer feedback.

Areas of responsibilities:

- Design and implement AI/ML pipelines

- Deployment of these pipelines on remote sites on various hardware platforms

- Help ensuring our AI/ML provides value for our customers

- Collaborate across teams to integrate diverse technologies and competencies

- Get data into databases and make it searchable

- Collaborate with the team to make the best possible solutions for our customers

About you:
You have solid experience with AI/ML, both with regards to developing/training models and with deployment on local hardware. You have experience with deploying AI/ML to end users, and you have a great understanding of data processing. Additionally, you excel at writing clean, structured code and continuously strive to improve it.

You communicate well in English, both written and spoken, and take pride in writing structured, high-quality code. You always seek the best solution while keeping simplicity in mind, and your interest in big data and experience with relevant technologies drives your work. You are passionate about learning new technologies and enjoy sharing your insights with colleagues.

You have experience with:

- Machine learning environments (PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar)

- Python (model/pipeline development)

- Java or C++ programming (pipeline development)

- Either Computer Vision, NLP, or Audio Analytics

- Docker

We consider it an advantage if you have experience with:

- MCP / RAG

- Nvidia Triton

- LLM deployment

- Kubernetes

- Elasticsearch or other database types

- DevOps/MLOps practices
