We are excited to announce that Raine is hiring a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst or Associate to join our Barcelona office. This individual will be an integral part of Raine’s advisory platform, working closely with senior bankers and corporate clients across the firm’s core sectors to support the execution of strategic transactions, including M&A, capital raises, and other strategic advisory mandates. This individual will gain exposure across TMT sectors with a focus on Interactive Entertainment / Gaming. The role offers significant exposure to live deal execution, financial analysis, and client engagement in a dynamic, international environment. While based in Barcelona, this individual will have strong connectivity to the firm’s London office. A successful candidate will have a strong interest in investment banking, excellent analytical and process management skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in Investment Banking
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field required; MBA, CA and/or CFA designation is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional European language skills are a plus
  • Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate; ability to work in Spain (or obtain work authorization) required
  • Regulatory licensing may be required

  • Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office products and relevant data platforms (e.g., Pitchbook, Bloomberg)
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility
