Role Overview

- Manage end‑to‑end creative execution, including concept development, storyboarding, motion design, animation, filming, and post‑production.
- Ensure all video content adheres to global brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual and narrative standard.
- Continuously improve production workflows to increase delivery speed and efficiency, while sharing best practices and creative guidance with colleagues.
- Provide occasional graphic design support to internal teams, including mockups, digital banners, and presentation enhancements.

- Strong expertise in digital videography, video direction, and post‑production.
- Proven ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging visual stories.
- Solid experience in motion graphics, animation, and storyboarding.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, including working with senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Working knowledge of brand governance and applying global brand standards across creative outputs.
