You will be part of the internal Data Warehouse (DWH) team, a newly established team within LOGEX that will initially consist of around 5 team members. This team represents a new domain within the organization, focused on building and centralizing our internal data foundation.

The team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the internal data warehouse and ensuring consistent, reliable, and scalable data across all business domains. This includes enabling reporting and analytics for functions such as Finance, Product and Tech, Sales, HR, and Customer Office.

Our goal is to create a single source of truth that supports LOGEX in making data-driven decisions. This ranges from financial and operational reporting to performance insights, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. By building a strong and future-proof data foundation, the team plays a key role in improving internal processes, increasing transparency, and supporting the continued growth of LOGEX.

As an Analytics Engineer, you play a key role in building and scaling our data platform. You design and maintain robust data pipelines, integrate data from multiple sources into our data warehouse, and develop reliable data models in Snowflake. You ensure that our data is accurate, accessible, and performs at a high standard, enabling business teams to make data-driven decisions.

You work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to understand how data supports processes and outcomes, translating these needs into scalable solutions. At the same time, you contribute to improving our overall data architecture and establishing best practices across the platform. With a strong passion for data, you focus on creating high-quality, future-proof solutions that drive real impact.

What you will do

  • Design and develop data models in Snowflake

  • Transform and structure data into business-ready datasets

  • Build and maintain data marts for reporting

  • Ensure data consistency, quality, and governance

  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Analysts

  • Support reporting and analytics in Power BI

  • Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions

Requirements

Who we are looking for

Passion for data

  • You enjoy structuring and organizing data for analytics

  • You can bridge the gap between technical and business teams

Experience

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering / BI / Data

  • Strong SQL skills

  • Experience with Snowflake

  • Experience with Power BI

  • Experience working with Excel for analysis and validation

  • Experience with integration tools such as Workato is a plus

Mindset

  • You have a hands-on and entrepreneurial attitude
