Our technologies include welding, brazing, thermal spray and prepared parts to improve our customers´ components lifetime and tackle specialist joining problems.

Your main responsibilities

  • Vendor invoice verification and registration in accordance with internal procedures and legal requirements

  • General ledger and subledger AP related accounts analysis, maintenance, and reconciliation

  • Preparing and executing payments in accordance with internal procedures and timelines

  • Outgoing payments allocation and reconciliation

  • Responding to internal and external inquiries related to payables and payments

  • Vendor Master Data maintenance

  • Posting and calculating accruals, prepayments, and other accounting entries related to suppliers

  • Cooperating with external auditors and providing all necessary documentation for audit purposes

  • Participating in internal projects aimed at improving financial and operational processes

  • Participating in activities related to month end closing process

  • Actively participating in creating, updating, and improving process documentation

  • Training new team members if need be and providing ongoing support to the team

  • Preparing internal KPI statistics (internal reporting initiatives)

  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

  • Active cooperation with other departments, company units and trading partners

Requirements

Job requirements

  • BA degree preferably in accounting and/or finance (correlated areas such as business administration, economics, etc. will also be considered as a plus)

  • 3+ years of accounting experience

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (ERP Systems such as SAP or MS Dynamics D365 will be an advantage)

  • Proactive attitude aimed at problem solving, resilience, and persistence

  • Ability to work in a structured, analytical, and careful manner, paying attention to details and the quality of the work and results

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • High degree of independence, flexibility as well as communication and teamwork skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English (other European languages will be an advantage)
