The Commitment

• Assist senior consultants in delivering exceptional consulting services and support to clients across ERP, CRM, AI, and enterprise technology projects.
• Partner with senior consultants to understand, validate, and document client business requirements, translating them into scalable technology solutions.
• Contribute to business analysis, solution design, system configuration, demonstrations, testing, user training, and post-implementation support across multiple technology platforms.
• Develop a strong understanding of Appficiency's consulting methodology, project delivery framework, and best practices.
• Collaborate with senior executives, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Build expertise across Appficiency's MultiTech ecosystem, including ERP, CRM, AI, Microsoft 365, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Support clients in designing and implementing business process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Participate in system integration, data migration, process automation, and solution optimization projects.
• Continuously learn new technologies and consulting skills while contributing to innovation initiatives and internal knowledge sharing.
  
  

The Essentials

• 1–2 years of experience in professional services, consulting, business analysis, IT, ERP, CRM, AI, or enterprise software is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply, especially those with strong academic backgrounds, internship experience, or personal projects related to technology, business systems, AI, or software development.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, AI, Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, business applications, or enterprise software is an advantage.
• Internship, academic, or project experience involving enterprise systems, software implementation, automation, analytics, or digital transformation is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing business environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS platforms, APIs, automation tools, or AI technologies is considered an asset.
