What you will do

To lead the development of the engine in the context of new regulations and adaptations for new or existing vehicles/platforms from Start of Project to Start of Production to meet Project milestones and to achieve Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance objectives

To manage the design, development and validation of engine (hardware, software and calibrations), industrialization in manufacturing plants and performance metrics (fuel efficiency, emissions, drivability, NVH).

To coordinating multidisciplinary teams (design, purchasing, prototypes, process, manufacturing, supply chain, tuning, customer performance, etc.) ensuring all activities are effectively managed to meet project milestones and QCDP objectives.

To identify and mitigate risks associated to project development.

What we’re looking for

-Master's in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.

-At least 10 years in PWT tuning and PWT software/system.

-Technical experience in engine software / calibration and design.

-Experience in managing engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams.

-Ability to manage economic aspects (CAPEX, OPEX).

-Abilitiy to prepare and present decision-making reports.

-English mandatory, French highly appreciated.
