Architectural Designer - Remote

**Job Description **:We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer with a strong background in rendering,construction documentation,and detailing.This role requires proficiency in Revit,Enscape,and Twinmotion software to create high-quality architectural designs and presentations.You will work closely with our team to develop and implement innovative design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

**Key Responsibilities **:

• Develop architectural designs and construction documentation using Revit,Enscape,and Twinmotion
• Create detailed renderings and visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and adherence to project specifications
• Review and refine architectural plans,elevations,and sections
• Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes,standards,and regulations

**Qualifications **:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation
• Proficiency in Revit,Enscape,and Twinmotion software
• Strong understanding of construction methods and building systems
• Excellent rendering and visualization skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

**Preferred Skills **:

• Experience with sustainable design practices
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
