Archon Labs - Product Design & Project Management Lead

About the Role: Archon Labs is looking for a Product Design & Project Management Lead to bridge the gap between AI research and real-world business needs. Your mission is to identify pain points and opportunities within the Sky Ecosystem and translate them into AI-driven solutions. You will be responsible for prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that the right resources and data are in place, and evangelizing AI adoption within decentralized organizations.
Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business users to identify pain points and automation opportunities.

• Define and prioritize the product backlog for AI-driven automation tools.

• Collaborate with AI research teams to align product development with business needs.

• Identify roadblocks, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.

• Act as a key evangelist for AI solutions within the Sky Ecosystem and beyond.

• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to align product vision and execution.

• Drive adoption of AI tools in governance, automation, and financial applications.

Requirements

• Strong experience in product management and design within AI, DeFi, or fintech.

• Background in project management, backlog prioritization, and risk mitigation.

• Experience working with AI and automation products.

• Deep understanding of decentralized governance and financial ecosystems.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally between technical and business teams.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
