A vibrant Mixed School in Hounslow seeks a creative and enthusiastic Art and Design Teacher to join our dedicated Arts department. We are looking for an educator who can inspire students to explore their artistic talents and develop a strong understanding of visual culture.

• About the Role:
  • Deliver engaging and varied Art and Design lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering a range of artistic disciplines and techniques.
  • Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that encourage creativity, experimentation, and critical thinking about art and design.
  • Assess student progress through project work, sketchbooks, and presentations, providing constructive feedback to support their artistic development.
  • Organize and contribute to school art exhibitions and extracurricular art clubs.
• Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Art and Design or a related field.
  • A strong knowledge of art history, theory, and a range of artistic techniques.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and practical skills.
  • A passion for inspiring students through art and fostering their creative expression.
