Role: - Project Manager

Required

·Have managed large transformational Mainframe platform migration / re-hosting projects

·Understanding of Mainframe application related to infra needs

·Knowledge and understanding of UX / Linux

·Should have hands-on experience in projects

·Strong project management skills. PMP certification is an added advantage

·Have run a large complex project of at least 5m++

·Ability in managing and handling 3P vendors providing application porting services and workload solutions services.

·Experience in contract administrations

·Ability in managing cross-country / regional / virtualization resources in projects

·Managing at CxO level customer

Job Description

•12-15 years of total relevant experience

•Should have development experience in AS/400 based projects involving RPG, CL

•Should have successfully lead and managed AS/400 projects

•Good Understanding on Project Management and Quality Management Techniques. Should be well versed with ISO and CMMI level processes.

•Essential to have good exposure and hands on in managing projects with KPIs like Team Utilization, Project Profitability, etc

•Experience of executing projects in Onsite –Offshore model.

•High Customer Orientation, High Customer interfacing/relationship building skills, Good written and Oral communication skills

•Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management

•Good experience in business applications related to the supply chain of parts supply

•Must have experience in Manufacturing Domain
