Asset Manager Renewable Energy

Key responsibilities:

• Overall coordination of operation and maintenance activities for the BESS portfolio

• Management of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules

• Monitoring of asset performance, availability, alarms, failures, downtime, and technical incidents

• Coordination with OEMs, service providers, grid operators, dispatchers, traders, and internal stakeholders

• Ensuring timely response to technical issues and proper root-cause analysis

• Supervision of electrical, mechanical, SCADA/EMS/BMS-related maintenance activities

• Ensuring compliance with grid code, technical permits, operational procedures, HSE requirements, and applicable Romanian regulations

• Review and approval of maintenance reports, incident reports, test results, and technical documentation

• Management of spare parts, service contracts, warranty claims, and technical punch lists

• Tracking and control of all OPEX-related invoices, service costs, maintenance expenses, and operational budget calculations

Required profile:

• Strong technical background in electrical power systems, preferably in BESS, solar parks, substations, renewable energy, or industrial power infrastructure

• Practical experience with BESS projects or solar power plants

• Licensed ANRE electrical engineer in Romania.

• Understanding of BESS operation, PCS, transformers, MV/HV equipment, auxiliary systems, SCADA, EMS, BMS, PPC, and grid interface

• Ability to lead a technical team and coordinate several assets in parallel

• Good understanding of availability management, preventive maintenance, incident management, and technical reporting

• English and Romanian language skills are required
