Asset Verification & IBM Maximo Specialist

Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Years of Experience: 3-5 years.
Project Duration: 1 year.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

We are seeking an Asset Verification & IBM Maximo Specialist to support physical asset verification, asset criticality assessment, maintenance planning, and Enterprise Asset Management System enablement. The role will combine field-based asset verification with IBM Maximo configuration, asset data management, preventive maintenance planning, and performance reporting.

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience conducting physical asset verification and inspection.
• Experience performing asset tagging and labelling.
• Experience capturing and maintaining GIS coordinates for physical assets.
• Experience performing asset criticality assessments and risk ranking.
• Experience developing preventive maintenance plans.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo.
• Experience configuring asset hierarchies and uploading and validating asset data within IBM Maximo.
• Experience setting up work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Experience configuring or supporting KPI dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections and verification of assets.
• Execute asset tagging and labelling activities.
• Capture and maintain GIS coordinates for physical assets.
• Perform asset criticality assessments and risk ranking.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans.
• Configure asset hierarchies in IBM Maximo.
• Upload, validate, and maintain asset data within the EAMS.
• Set up work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Support the configuration and maintenance of KPI dashboards.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of asset information.
