Developed by a coalition of San Diego civic leaders and educators, High Tech High opened in September 2000 as a small public charter school with plans to serve approximately 450 students. HTH seeks a Assets Program Assistant to lead students in a variety of after-school activities.

You will be responsible for monitoring and supervising our homework lounge for our after school program. You will set and enforce clear guidelines for students in the lounge and throughout the school, ensuring that all students are supervised after school and encouraging students to participate in our after school programs. The job requires that you effectively develop constructive relationships with students, staff, and families.

● High school diploma and at least 60 units of undergraduate coursework

● Reliable and prompt

● Strong work ethic, team player

● Clear in delivering instructions

● Able to respond to feedback

● Strong interpersonal communication skills

● Experience working with students

This is an hourly position. This position does not qualify for benefits.
