We are looking for a motivated and reliableAssistant Fall Protection Engineerto join our growingAccess Testingteam. In this role, you will support our experienced engineers with theinspection, maintenance and installation of height safety systemsacross a range of commercial sites.

💡Flexibility is key– this role may involve night work, weekends, and overnight stays when required.

Your role will include:

• Assist engineers with theservicing, maintenance and installation of height safety equipment, including:

  • Fall arrest and life safety systems

  • Eyebolts (fall restraint and abseil systems)

  • Gantries and walkways

  • Guardrails

  • Fixed and portable ladders

  • General lifting equipment

  You will also:

  • Support engineers duringinspections, testing and installations on site

  • Help ensure all work is carried out in line withBritish Standards and health & safety regulations

  • Assist with identifying and reportingadditional works required following inspections

  • Support otherPTSG divisions when required

  • Ensure all equipment and work areas are keptsafe, organised and compliant

Requirements required:

• Smart and professional appearance and manner

• Full driving license

• Experience / competency to work at height

• Relevant experience working in a similar role

• Must have the ability to work productively on your own or within a team

• The candidate must have good communication skills, be well organised and have good attention to detail
