Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a good understanding of the activity of the Company, building relationships with the wider team and key stakeholders
  • Be responsible for the smooth running of the office, providing high-level facility management
  • Assisting with high-level general administrative tasks for the Company including but not limited to preparing regulatory filings, insurance renewals and data collation
  • Being a lead on assigned company-wide projects, rolling out new systems and initiatives, providing training to the team and the wider business
  • Assisting with data collation for various projects and deep dives, ensuring it is presented in a clear and concise format, and hosting meetings to detail results of the data
  • Assisting the external controls audit each year, managing timelines and assisting with data collation, providing feedback to stakeholders as required
  • Performing internal audits on processes and controls, ensuring findings are escalated to the necessary persons, actions set and monitored
  • Assist the relevant teams with ensuring template documents are kept up to date
  • Creating a Guernsey intranet platform and ensuring it is kept up to date with guidance and template documentation
  • Supporting the wider central support, legal and compliance team with tasks and projects, as necessary
  • Any other adhoc tasks, as necessary

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

The candidate is expected to have a minimum of three years administrative and/or compliance experience and must be tech-savvy. Educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent, preferably, completion of a degree or similar.
