What You'll Do

• Run the Floor — Support daily operations using Juicekeys' proven systems for prep, service, and cleanliness
• Lead with Confidence — Take charge of shifts, delegate effectively, solve problems on the fly, and keep the energy positive
• Coach Your Team — Motivate and develop your crew to deliver excellent service, even during the rush
• Own the Details — Assist with inventory, ordering, and food safety compliance
• Deliver the Experience — Make sure every guest gets fast, friendly, accurate service in a clean, welcoming space
• Handle It with Heart — Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism

What You Bring

• 1+ year of leadership experience in food service or hospitality
• Strong people skills and a genuine passion for motivating others
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn through hands-on experience
• Real enthusiasm for health, wellness, and clean, organic food
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
