What We're Looking For:

VML Health is seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Associate Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and a strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic agency environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and client partners. What You'll Do:

• Support Account Managers in day-to-day client management and project execution.
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and ensure projects stay on track.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to presentations.
• Conduct research and analysis to support client recommendations.

What You'll Need:

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field (healthcare experience a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
