Description
Cidel is looking for a positive thinking, self-starter with a track-record of high achievement. The Associate, Client Consultant will support members of the institutional and private wealth teams in cultivating and stewarding client relationships. The role requires knowledge of the operational and administrative requirements of client reporting across a full range of investments. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, with superior analytical skills and a passion for administration. They should possess strong communications skills and have solid analytical skills. Experience working with databases, comfort building queries and a track record of developing reports will be key to success in this role.
Areas of Focus will Include:
- Generate, review and distribute client asset and performance reports monthly and quarterly;
- Maintain and develop client reporting tools;
- Investigate and respond to queries from clients, prospects and/or consultants;
- Promote efficiencies by contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Requirements
- One to three years’ of relevant experience;
- Strong sales and customer service orientation;
- Proficient in Microsoft office;
- Experience working and querying databases; (SQL is preferred);
- Comfort interacting with High-Net-Worth clients;
- Experience working with a CRM system (SalesForce is preferred);
- Understanding of financial services industry;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, proven ability to produce market- ready documents;

- Bachelor’s Degree;
- CSC;
- Financial experience is preferred;
Salary - $50,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
