What You’ll Do:

  • Set up campaigns on platforms like Pinterest, Microsoft, Spotify, Reddit, Snapchat & WeTransfer
  • Execute influencer advertising campaigns
  • Campaign Trafficking & Optimization
  • Understand brand and performance marketing goals for clients and communicate with them frequently to monitor results and optimize campaigns in real-time
  • Campaign Reporting
  • Communicating with clients, Influencers and Publishers
  • Update company’s reporting tools.
  • Manage and cultivate existing business customer relationships
  • Contribute to scalable account management operations for accounts
  • Use feedback to inform the product and operations teams
  • Resolve client issues in an efficient, tactful manner, support with the implementation of solutions that prevent future problems
  • Work closely with cross-functional project teams to maintain continuous product knowledge.
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with online advertising, media planning, analytics and social media
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management: creating, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships
  • Structured and analytical mindset
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong communication, time management and organization skills
  • Ability to efficiently communicate internally and externally with excellent communication skills in English
