Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Consultant to support business analytics & operations, project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management activities across various functions. The role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to support day-to-day business initiatives, analyze information, prepare reports and presentations, and ensure smooth execution of operational and strategic activities. Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of projects, operational activities, and client deliverables.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and maintain data, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare presentations, status updates, dashboards, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and project milestones.
- Assist in tracking project progress, identifying issues, and supporting resolution activities.
- Participate in meetings, document key discussions, and follow up on action items.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality, accuracy, and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, with 2.5+ years in consulting, analytics, life sciences, or a comparable delivery-focused role.
- Solid working hands on Excel and at least one of SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Life sciences domain understanding is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and tools quickly.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
