Associate - Digital marketing

Eduki is an innovative ed-tech start-up with the goal of transforming K12 Math education through progressive pedagogy and the power of technology. We combine the problem-first approach with personalized learning to enhance student engagement and improve class performance.

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, CRM, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests; optimize user funnels

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 1-3 years of experience working in (digital) marketing
• Passionate about improving STEM education 
• Analytical with a good design sense
• Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, Canva, and CRM / Email marketing tools
• Customer-focused and result-oriented with a bias for action
• Good listener, versatile communicator, critical thinker, and problem solver
