We are looking for a motivated and curious Associate Product Manager to join PetroApp and help build digital products that deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to support the product development lifecycle—from identifying customer needs to delivering impactful features.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Product Managers in defining, planning, and delivering product features and enhancements.
- Gather and document business and user requirements through research, data analysis, and stakeholder discussions.
- Assist in creating product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers throughout the product development process.
- Participate in product discovery activities, including user research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Help prioritize product backlog items based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Monitor product performance using data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging technologies, including AI, to support product innovation.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related role (internships are a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with data to support product decisions.
- Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to improve productivity, research, and documentation.
- Passion for building customer-centric digital products.
Nice to Have
- Internship or project experience in product management or digital products.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar collaboration tools.
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping.
- Experience working with mobile or web applications.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
- Experience in fintech, mobility, fuel, energy, or marketplace products is a plus.
