Automation Engineer (RPA / Python), Lotus's

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior RPA Software Engineer to join our growing ** Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team . In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and scaling our digital workforce. The ideal candidate is a ** Python expert passionate about leveraging technology to automate complex business processes. You will be a key player in evolving our automation capabilities by integrating AI and machine learning to create sophisticated, intelligent automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop robust, scalable, and efficient end-to-end automation solutions primarily using Python.
• Integrate RPA bots with ** enterprise applications, databases, and APIs** to ensure seamless process automation. Author complex ** SQL queries** to manipulate and retrieve data for automation workflows.
• Serve as a key contributor in projects to enhance our RPA solutions with ** AI/ML** capabilities, moving toward intelligent automation.
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process optimization across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with expert-level proficiency in ** Python**
• E xtensive experience writing and optimizing complex ** SQL queries** and working with various database systems
• Proven track record of designing and building automated solutions to solve business problems
• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as ** Power Automate, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere**
• Professional experience as an AI Engineer with a portfolio of projects involving ** machine learning, NLP, or computer vision** integrated into applications
