Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Guidance: Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Product Expertise: Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and available options to prospective buyers.
- Test Drives & Questions: Conduct test drives and answer customer questions regarding vehicle specifications and performance.
- Purchase Support: Guide customers through the purchase process, including pricing, financing options, and paperwork.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals and repeat business.
- Inventory Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer incentives, and product updates.
- Training: Attend paid training sessions to develop sales, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with sales managers, finance staff, and other dealership departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Qualification:
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
