At Bright Stars, our ABA program is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate and driven Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead the development of individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct functional assessments, and empower families and caregivers with the tools they need to support lasting success.

What you’ll do:
- Work with individual children on a 1:1 basis with paraprofessional
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Oversee and monitor implementation of treatment plans to ensure clinical integrity
- Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs, BTs, and ABA Paraprofessionals, fostering strong 1:1 supervision
- Analyze data regularly to evaluate progress and make informed program adjustments
- Provide parent training to promote generalization and long-term success
- Design individualized programs based on assessment results and data collection
What you’ll need:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings
- CPR Certification (Preferably Red Cross)
- Provide paraprofessional supervision and parental guidance and support
- Strong clinical judgment, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Ethical and professional conduct
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate
- Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
